Terms of use
Last updated October 31, 2026
SignApp (sign-app.com) is an electronic signature service operated by Brookwood Capital Advisors. By sending or signing a document with SignApp, you agree to these terms.
Signing electronically
Before you sign, SignApp asks you to agree to the following, and records that you did:
I agree to conduct business electronically and to sign this document electronically, and I understand my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my handwritten signature. I can request a paper copy of the completed document from the sender.
You can decline to sign instead. Declining notifies the sender and closes the request.
Documents belong to their senders
SignApp delivers documents and records signatures. It isn't a party to the agreements signed through it, and it doesn't give legal advice. Questions about a document's contents should go to the person who sent it. Replying to any signing email reaches them.
Rules for senders
- Only signed-in staff members of an organization can send documents.
- Send only documents you're authorized to send, to people who expect them.
- Don't use SignApp for fraud, phishing, harassment, spam, or anything unlawful. We may suspend any account that does.
Availability
We work to keep SignApp available and secure, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of every completed document; one is emailed to each signer when signing finishes.
Privacy and security
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. Our security page explains how to recognize a genuine request.
