A genuine SignApp request
- Comes from info@sign-app.com and names the person who sent it. Replying reaches that person.
- Links only to https://sign-app.com/sign/…
- Never asks for a password, payment, or bank details, and never asks you to download software.
How signing works
Step 1
Review the document
Open the link in your email to read the full document in your browser. No account or password needed.
Step 2
Sign in your browser
Draw or type your signature in the marked fields and agree to sign electronically.
Step 3
Get your copy
When everyone has signed, each signer is emailed the completed PDF with a certificate of completion and audit trail.
Every completed document carries an envelope ID on each page. Anyone holding a copy can confirm it's genuine and that it hasn't been altered.
